Poetry has been my prominent means of catharsis for almost five years, and in recent years, has become a means of interpreting & understanding the world through metaphor. I had my first couple of poems published in 2013, Terror-bound in the anthology Broken Mirrors, Fractured Minds and Progressive Culture in the online literary magazine Zest.
